Do you accept sample order?
Yes, we offer three free samples. Please feel free to contact us.
What are your payment terms?
Generally, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
Do you offer customized package and logo print?
Yes. We support OEM orders. You can custom your logo on the product & on the color box, custom your package, custom the product color.
How many days for sample making and mass production?
For sample order, 3-7 days, for bulk order, 35-40 days. Also it depends on the product craft.
How many pcs for minimum order quantity?
For custom orders, normally MOQ 3000 pcs, but we also support quality clients with small qty for trial order.
How do you guarantee good quality?
We do 100% testing for all products before packing. We have an excellent QC process and department, they will inspect every product and ensure the all product can work before shipped out.
